How do I make changes to my account?

Always post a support ticket!

Whenever cancelling, upgrading or downgrading your account you must post a support ticket!

We ask this because email's are easy to spoof and we must be sure that the person requesting to have their account changed is the actual owner of the account! We can get into a lot of trouble if we go charging peoples credit cards for upgrades that were never requested or delete someones server without them knowing why! There's also the problem of emails being picked up as spam or lost in the hundreds we receive each day!

How do I cancel my accounts?

You can cancel at any time, and we will remove your server at the end of your pre-paid period. To cancel you must post a support ticket here: http://support.clanplanetservers.com. Simply request to cancel within 5 working days of your next payment. If you have any active paypal subscriptions you should cancel these from within paypal. Paypal has a help page on cancelling subscriptions

If you wish to cancel some parts of your service, such as webhosting and your game-server but keep your voice server online we can do that. If you are cancelling due to a poorly received service or another issue todo with the service we have provided, please tell us as there might be a way to resolve the issue. If we arn't informed we cannot make any changes to improve.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?

Again, post a support ticket [http://support.clanplanetservers.com]. We will invoice you for the correct amount to cover the rest of your subscription if you are upgrading and charge your card the correct amount for the upgrade on your next due date. If you pay by paypal then this is slightly complicated due to the fact we cant charge more or less each month via a subscription. We would have to cancel your paypal subscription and have you re-subscribe to the correct amount before changing your service.
