How do I make changes to my account?
The easiest method to make a change to your account such as upgrades, downgrades and cancellations is to post a support ticket. This allows us to quickly track your requests securely and efficiently.

How do I cancel my account/s?
You can cancel at any time, and we will remove your server at the end of your pre-paid period. To cancel you must post a support ticket. Simply request cancellation giving us 7 days notice before your next hosting renewal date. If you have any active paypal subscriptions you should cancel these from within paypal. Paypal has a help page on cancelling subscriptions.
If you wish to cancel some parts of your service but keep others online, please ask and we can accommodate your request. If you are not satisfied with the service you receive or have any issue affecting the quality of your hosting please tell us and we will do our very best to resolve any issues quickly and to your satisfaction.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?
Upgrading and downgrading is easy, either post a support ticket or login to your Clanpanel and hit the 'Upgrade' button.
We will generate a pro-rata quote for the changes. If you're happy to go ahead with the changes we'll do the rest for you, from invoicing to changing your hosting package to accommodate your request.
