Support Tickets

Our support team has years of experience in this industry and are trained to a highly proficient level. We recommend customers use our ticket system for all support. Each request is acknowledged and assigned a unique id so you know your request will be dealt with promptly. We aim to resolve pre-sales questions, game/voice server and web hosting issues within a matter of hours and billing queries within 3 days.

There are many ways to open a support with Clanplanet Servers. Whether it’s query about a modification or some sales advice, getting in contact with us couldn't be simpler.

  • Support Suite: Sign into http://support.clanplanetservers.com using your billing email and password to receive a full list of your current tickets and access to post a new ticket.

  • Email: Send us an email directly to: support [at] clanplanet.co.uk

  • Billing System: With all your billing and package information in front of you, simply sign into our billing system and click the "Get Support" link to post a support ticket.
