About a year ago I decided to chuck in my day job with the NHS and pursue the long, arduous path towards a job in the games industry. Or film industry. Or anything. Truth be told, I'm not sure yet. I just want to work in special effects; creating environments, twiddling with computers, making funny ragdoll animations of guys falling down stairs...that sort of thing. A 12 month foundation course later, and I start a degree in 3D Animation next term. AKA CGI. Ya know, like Jar Jar Binks? Everyone loves him, right?

In this foundation course though, once we got to grips with the software and fundamentals behind this ****, we were given a big **** assignment to round off the year. Mine was to come up with a trailer for a fake film or game - a few minutes in length - constructed from the ground up. As I have been working my **** off on this thing for a while now - hence the lack of reviews and posts 'round these parts - I thought I'd share the results;

The good news is of course, with that out the way, we can resume normal programming around here. I have hoooooj reviews, run-down lists and even the odd strategy guide in the works that I think ya'll will dig. Big time.
Of course, once next term starts, I have no idea WTF will happen with this place, but let's worry about that nearer the time, eh? For now, summer's here! Beautiful, soggy wet, British summer...!
