Fancy yet another MMORPG to chuck on the pile? Well as luck would have it, the Face of Mankind beta client is now available for free, in preparation for the kick off on Monday.
What makes this one stand out from the rest of the crowd? For one, it's set in the future. That means guns, trenchcoats, and even futuristic recreations of real life cities. It also uses a real-time first person combat approach which is a nice alternative to the norm. A little shocking however is how closely this game appears to be ripping off Neocron. Even down to the dodgy graphics.
Never the less, I played this one myself a while back and those who enjoy these Blade Runner style shenanigans may find some love here I suppose. Plus, hey, when the price is right...
